Jane T. Schaub, President Jane is the President and the Chairman of the Board. She leads a team of over 85 employees and oversees all aspects of day-to-day business management. This includes finance and accounting operations, planning and budgeting, contracts and pricing, program business management, and procurement and subcontract administration. She has served in a number of progressive contracting and finance roles since joining the company in 1995. Ms. Schaub is active participant in community services, and also serves on the board of a local financial institution. |

Ronald A. Contillo, Executive Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services Ron is responsible to oversee and direct all aspects of engineering and technical services in terms of supporting the business and contractual needs of our clients in the national security, defense, and civil space sectors. Ron joins Praxis from ATK Space in Beltsville, MD where he served as Vice President of Engineering Services and was responsible for much of that group's service's business with NASA and the Defense Department. He has over 24-years of direct experience with large-scale program management, acquisition and information technology systems engineering across a diverse set of clients and domains, including commercial and federal government clients. Ron previously served at Praxis for over seven years, where his last position was Director of Space Systems. He entered the defense industry after earning the BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and the MBA from Pepperdine University in 1985 and 1989, respectively. He is an active participant in a number of hockey-related activities and has been recognized for his coaching accomplishments within the community. |

Jack Chapman, Sr. Vice President of Technology Jack is the founder of Praxis. His leadership and operational experience have guided the company to meet levied strategic objectives. Jack has over 35 years of experience in U.S. Department of Defense and NASA spaceflight projects as well as over 23 years with Praxis. Before founding Praxis, Jack was with M/A-COM Linkabit Corporation. He holds a B.Sc. degree from San Diego State University. |

Larry V. Geluso, Director Larry oversees a highly-skilled engineering team that delivers specialty engineering, technical analysis, life-cycle programmatic support, and operational support to the U.S. Department of Defense community. Larry joined Praxis in 2005 and he has over 30 years of experience with an emphasis in systems engineering and analysis. He has held a variety of progressive technical and program management positions on systems engineering support contracts for the U.S. Government. Larry holds a B.Sc. degree from George Mason University. |

Laura A. Tomlinson, Director Laura oversees all aspects of contract task management for Praxis, as well as leading the Information Technology (IT) recapitalization and process improvement team. She is also responsible to oversee a team of technical and program management personnel to meet our customer's technical objectives. Prior to joining Praxis in 2009, Laura lead the enterprise IT organization for a local financial institution. Her extensive experience with that organization involved developing and implementing high-security systems that are now at the core of our enterprise computing infrastructures. |

Eric J. Vandersall, Director Eric oversees highly skilled employees providing systems test and evaluation for terrestrial and aerospace communications systems. He is responsible for extending the company's success with existing customers in the defense marketplace and for helping to shape and capture new project opportunities consistent with business objectives. Eric has over 16 years of experience in spacecraft systems, systems engineering, design, integration and test. He joined Praxis in 1993 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.Sc. degree in Aerospace Engineering. |

Steve R. Hershner, Director Steve leads the Research and Development (R&D) Services group within Praxis and he lends technical expertise to all complex and technology procurements. Steve joined Praxis in 1993, and his two decades of experience with high-reliability spaceflight component technologies fuels his commitment to the mission of his department, Steve has over 22 years of experience in Department of Defense and NASA spaceflight projects. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska. |

Pamela W. Holmes, Director Pam is responsible for all internal audit activities including operational, administrative, financial, governmental, and information technology areas. Pam's audit and administration responsibilities encompass corporate-wide accounting, external financial reporting, and analysis, budgeting, and internal controls. Pam also oversees the Human Resources department. Pam joined Praxis in 2002 and has advanced through a number of accounting and finance positions with increasing responsibilities, last serving as Financial Controller. She holds a B.Sc., Accounting from the Alabama A&M University in Huntsville. She is active in her church, civic and service groups, and serves on an advisory board to Bishop Ireton High School. |

Katrina M. Sorrell, Financial Controller Katrina has overall responsibility for the corporate-wide controllership, accounting, and financial reporting, and she oversees the functions of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project budgeting/reporting. Katrina joined Praxis in 2007 and has advanced through a number of accounting and finance positions with increasing responsibilities, last serving as Assistant Controller. She holds a B.Sc., Business Administration from the University of Maryland in College Park, and an M.Sc., Accounting from Strayer University in Alexandria. She is active in her church and several other civic organizations, including a number of professional associations |
